Our shot blaster RB11 is an innovative device that revolutionizes the abrasive blasting process, making it much simpler and more effective. Contrary to stereotypes, shot blasting does not cause greater roughness of the surface than traditional sandblasting. Thanks to the shot with the symbol S110, which balances with polygrit of gradation 0.2-1.2, and at just 7 bar pressure, our shot blaster allows achieving surfaces with roughness of 28um-35um. This guarantees exceptionally good adhesion, especially for powder paints. Additionally, there is no need to level the rim with a base layer, saving your time and energy.
