Oven for polymerizing powder paints
The PC1 oven is an electric oven with thermo-circulation for the polymerization of powder paints. It was designed with small and medium-sized companies in mind, mainly focusing on the renovation of rims and brake calipers. The oven frame is fully welded, making the oven solid and stable.
The inside of the oven is lined with stainless steel, which contributes to its long lifespan without corrosion while the external casing is made of powder-coated galvanized stainless steel. The insulating core is made of high-quality mineral wool with a thickness of 100mm, allowing for very good insulation of the oven.
Heaters are placed along the entire length of the oven chamber, which combined with the thermo-circulation provides an even temperature distribution in the oven chamber, which is very important for curing powder paints.
