The RB7 shot blasting machine is a smaller counterpart of our flagship RB11 shot blaster, automating - and thereby significantly facilitating the abrasive blasting process. Contrary to stereotypes, shot blasting with S110 media does not result in a much rougher surface than sandblasting. Shot blasting with S110 corresponds to sandblasting with polygrit of 0.2-1.2 grade at 7 bar pressure, which allows achieving a surface roughness of 28um-35um on an aluminum rim, ensuring very good adhesion, for example for powder paints, without the problem of leveling the rim with a primer layer.
Steel, aluminum, and even those from trucks and buses pose no challenge
Thanks to a spacious basket, you can clean up to 30 calipers during one blasting session.
The shot blaster also perfectly suits cleaning turbines, significantly speeding up and facilitating the process
Alternators, intake manifolds, housings, and many others
In this mode, the rim is placed on rollers which rotate the rim, allowing for quick and thorough cleaning of the rim
All items that cannot be placed on rollers, e.g., brake calipers, are placed in the basket. Thanks to its large capacity, you can clean several items at once in a short time
Thanks to the use of an advanced inverter, you can precisely control the speed and power of the shot blaster, allowing for perfect adjustment to various tasks. Regardless of the object you want to blast, you can do it safely and efficiently, whether it's a delicate cover made of thin sheet metal or a rim with hard-to-remove paint.
Thanks to the touch screen, you can easily and quickly adjust the shot blaster's operating parameters to your needs. The intuitive interface means even a child can handle the controls.
