The RB11 shot blasting machine is a device that automates - and thus significantly facilitates the process of abrasive blasting. Contrary to stereotypes, shot blasting with S110 grade media does not result in a much rougher surface than sandblasting. Shot blasting with S110 grade media is equivalent to sandblasting with poligrit of 0.2-1.2 gradation at 7 bar pressure, which allows for a surface roughness of 28um-35um on an aluminum rim, ensuring very good adhesion, for example for powder paints, while there is no problem with leveling the rim with a primer layer.

Thanks to the spacious basket, you can clean up to 30 calipers during one blasting session.
The shot blasting machine also works perfectly in cleaning turbines, significantly speeding up and facilitating the process
Alternators, intake manifolds, housings, and many others
In this mode, the rim is placed on rollers which rotate the rim, allowing for quick and accurate cleaning of the rim
If you need to clean the rim even more thoroughly than with rollers, you can mount it on a special hanger, which, while orbiting, rotates around its own axis, allowing for the removal of paint from the hardest to reach places.
All elements that cannot be placed on rollers, such as brake calipers, are placed in the basket. Thanks to its large capacity, you can clean several elements at once in a short time
Thanks to the use of an advanced inverter, you can precisely control the speed and power of the shot blaster, allowing for perfect adjustment to different tasks. Regardless of the object you want to blast, you can do it safely and efficiently, whether it's a delicate cover made of thin sheet metal or a rim with difficult-to-remove paint.
Thanks to the touchscreen, you can easily and quickly adjust the operating parameters of the shot blasting machine to your needs. The intuitive interface means that even a child can handle the operation.
